Empowering, supportive and, surprisingly, CLASSY! This is as good as it gets for pole dance fitness (and, in my opinion, as good as it gets for *any* kind of fitness.)  I was nervous starting here. I'm shy, pretty modest and often introverted, but, as an author by trade, I needed to try it for book research. I thought I'd take one class. Five months later and I was still in love! I have never had a better workout, met more supportive teachers or felt as comfortable in an exercise/dance situation. Five months after starting I found I was happy with my body and attitude for the very first time in my life. No lie.  I'm not trying to be sappy or melodramatic, but I found Dolphin Dance at a time in my life when I really needed something life-changing and I couldn't be happier with the confidence I've found working with Emily and the other teachers. I love taking your classes. Even though it can be a sobering experience to look in a mirror and not reflect who I want to be, I know I can come a little closer to that image in time. Really, I'm dancing from the inside out.  I want to look sexy, but you've taught me what's important, and that's how you feel inside: sexy is a state of mind! I love to know that we can adjust our personal comfort zones to include safe, self-esteem building exercises, both physically and mentally.  Dance is emotional, and music is such a powerful element in our lives.  Thanks for harnessing this nuclear truth and generating confidence and expertise. – J.J.
